If you’re constantly second-guessing yourself, burning out at work, and stuck in patterns of overwhelm and self-blame — our assessments can finally give you the clarity you’ve been missing
At Core ADHD, we understand that booking an assessment can feel like a big step — especially if you’re unsure whether ADHD is even what you’re dealing with.
That’s why we offer a free 15-minute consultation to talk through if an ADHD Assessment is right for you, and in addition answer any questions you have.
You can also take our free screening test now, and we can discuss the results during the consultation.
Below is an outline of the assessment process
Delivered via Zoom for your convenience, this session is structured but conversational, giving you space to share your experiences. A family member, partner or close friend may also be invited to contribute part of the session, if possible, to help us gather a broader perspective.
We use the DIVA — a leading clinical tool aligned with NICE guidelines — to assess ADHD in adults. This includes exploring your history and current challenges in areas such as attention, impulsivity and executive functioning.
We take time to explore any other mental health conditions that could be influencing your symptoms. If ADHD doesn’t appear to be the primary issue, we’ll support you with clear recommendations and onward referrals.
After your assessment, you’ll receive a full NHS-standard report that outlines our findings, your diagnosis (if confirmed), and personalised recommendations. This report can be used for workplace support, GP referrals, or access to accommodations.
Unlike many providers, our approach isn’t rushed or surface-level. We’re committed to giving you a nuanced understanding of your cognitive profile, not just a checklist outcome. We take the time to identify where ADHD is affecting your life — from work performance to emotional regulation to daily overwhelm — and offer immediate insight into how to manage it more effectively.
Whether you’re exploring a diagnosis for the first time, or looking to understand yourself more deeply to create change in your life or career, Core ADHD offers assessments and coaching that’s clinically robust, compassionate, and tailored to your needs.
